2008 CAMP INFORMATION
CAMPER COST:
** Early registration discount is $150.00 per camper. Cost is $160 per camper after June 20th for Junior Camp, and July 25th for Senior Camp.
(A $75.00 non-refundable reservation fee must accompany registration form which applies toward
the total camper fee.)
GUESTS COST AND REGISTRATION:
• Lodging and meals - $30 per day. (Children 2 yrs. and under are free.)
• Meals only - $2.50 per meal
• All guests must pre-register as space is limited.
VOLUNTEER STAFF REQUIREMENTS (Counselors, Kitchen Crew, and other staff):
• A Staff Application must be filled out and sent in with the appropriate signatures to be considered

• Must be at least 16 years old for Junior camp & 20 years old for Senior camp to be a Counselor.
• Must be at least 15 years old to be an Assistant Counselor or Kitchen Worker.
• All Staff under 18 yrs. old must also fill out a Camper Registration.
• All approved staff will be contacted and there is no charge for those who are approved by the Admin.Director to work at camp.
2008 DATES AND DEADLINES
Feb. 12th - Early mail out of Summer Camps info. And Camper Reg. Forms.
May 8th - Church Packets mailed, which include camper registrations, and other forms sent to churches.
May 29th - Staff Applications due for Junior Camp.
June 20th - Junior Camp registrations due. (Must be postmarked by this date. Campers who register after this
date will have to pay $160 per camper)
July 7th - Junior Camp (grades 3-7) opens. Arrive between 1:00 - 3:30 PM. Orientations start at 3:30 PM.
July 12th - Junior Camp closes at 11:00 AM, Saturday.
July 3rd - Staff Applications due for Senior Camp.
July 25 - Senior Camp registrations due. (Must be postmarked by this date. Campers who register after this date will have to pay $160 per camper)
August 11th - Senior Camp (grades 8-12) opens. Arrive between 1:00 - 3:30 PM. Orientations start at 3:30 PM.
August 16th - Senior Camp closes at 11:00 AM, Saturday.
